Arylie OS : Yeah !! Whatever !!! | Imlie | Fahmaan Khan | Sumbul Touqeer

Aryan Singh Rathore usually prided himself over his control. His ability to detach himself from people, situations, and even the most dire surroundings around him that gave him an edge over practically everybody. He could take decisions that were rational and more often than not profitable because he observed, collected all sorts of information and filed it away for future use. He wasn't a multi-millionaire industrialist by sheer luck. Yes, he was aware of his privilege and knew that he didn’t necessarily struggle for a flight but a large chunk of his success was attributable to his intellect and of course his work ethic that was mostly described as robotic borderline neurotic because he worked pretty much nonstop.

So if someone had to pinpoint the exact moment when the aforementioned control had slipped away, he would have a hard time doing so. Was it when a chit of a girl muddied his car or was it when she just refused to cower?

She had a spine of steel when it came to him but that same girl lost her sense of self preservation, and her spine, when it came to her family.. correction her ex-in laws and someone who manipulated the sh*t out of her but she refused to see it for what it was.

The Tripathis used her and played with her emotions like a maestro does with an instrument they have specialized in. They championed the act with so much tact that everyone usually fell for their "beti" charade, including his own mother. Every time he wanted to blurt out to his mother to stay away from that black hole of a family but he kept mum as he knew that his observant mother would catch onto their act as they kept slipping and the charade would end sooner rather than later.

When did he let his emotions take a hold over him to an extent where he let an undeserving girl take charge as the CEO for a day? Sure, he was minutely monitoring the activities and knew the happenstances that were going on but he could’ve given her any other position to show her “leadership skills”. A part of him knew and even acknowledged that decision stemmed from this no longer newfound obsession to make her wishes come true. He had overheard her “office ka boss bana do” prayer and had stored that information in his brain. When the chance arrived, he wanted to just fulfill her prayer.

He wouldn’t grapple with the “why” in terms of his need to tear the man, the so-called renowned award winning journalist, who he vowed to destroy, to shreds and burn him while he is at it came from. Aditya Kumar Tripathi is responsible for the grief that his family still hasn’t come to terms with and perhaps never will. So that part has always been clear.

The question that arose in him was why did he feel a burn in his heart when she went running after that absolute sorry excuse of a man? When she divorced her common sense and threw herself recklessly, head first, in the throes of disaster, danger or just unnecessary situations to rescue his sorry a** in some form. He witnessed her tendency to even go as far as hurting herself just to prove a point to that worthless man. He wanted to tear apart the goddamn man, limb from limb, when he laid his filthy hand on her. Every time her smile dimmed or her eyes watered due to that scum, the need to physically, emotionally and financially annihilate the bast*rd overtook him. Every time the sheer nerve of that swine when he looked at her with longing and she didn’t look away soon enough, Aryan had to rein in the urge to gouge that pathetic man's  eyes out.

Aryan would perhaps need a little bit more time to sort his feelings out, come up with time lines to dissect in future and have a definite answer because he wasn't a man who lived in denial or under any false pretenses, but what he did know, with CERTAINTY, is that she isn’t going anywhere. Not leaving the protection that his house and family provided her with. And Imlie sure as hell isn’t going anywhere even close to that f**ker and his family. Come what may!
